How Long Does it Take to Go Through the Kennedy Space Center?

It’s best to get to the Kennedy Space Center early in the day to make sure you have enough time to explore the exhibits, take the 2-hour bus tour, and see a movie or two. Any additional activities will add extra time. Kennedy Space Center is a complex spread out over 144,000 acres. In reality, it would take several days to explore all that KSC offers, but a full 8-hour day can give visitors a good experience. The visitor complex opens at 9 a.m. and closing hours depend on the day/season. The staff recommend visitors not to take more than one bus tour in a day.
